Celeste Pine, Instructor and Owner

Celeste holds a BA from WT A&M in music therapy with vocal training. Her early work began in geriatrics where she worked for 10 years in music therapy with older adults in Amarillo and completed a graduate certificate in gerontology through Abilene Christian University. In Houston, her work led her into early childhood music and movement in the Houston area preschools. Celeste taught the first Ladeeda class in Amarillo in 1999 with 10 children and expanded the program with classes at local preschools. She also works with all ages of people who have special needs.

“Each of us is an artist and musician, born with a vision that we are capable of creating from our soul. I believe that inviting children to explore music freely is a great way to start life! My hope is to welcome each child, family and individual into an environment where they are nurtured and accepted, giving them the gift of participating in their own unique way.”
